Elena Soderblom has spent her career in NYC restaurants: as the service director of a Michelin-starred midtown restaurant, the wine director of two West Village hotspots, the training manager for a development in lower Manhattan that included multiple full- and quick-service restaurants and a concert venue. She has been a host, server, bartender, manager, and everything between. Elena is now completing her Master’s in Economics to explore better uses of human capital through data analytics and business intelligence.
