Well, a high note of a 34 percent approval rating, according to this new USA Today/Gallup poll. But that's his highest approval rating in a year. The gain is mostly attributable to his approval rate among Republicans, which rose from 67 percent in December to 75 percent in the new poll. Maybe he should run for RNC chair.
