You can also argue it's a vote for McCain: Especially with today's Union-Leader endorsement, McCain could win New Hampshire after a Romney embarrassment in Iowa. (He's running almost even with Rudy in NH.) But that argument won't stir pro-life evangelicals like the way crying "Rudy!" does.
