Back to the point of this Spine. Which is to recommend another article by Mark Steyn, this one about the Baker Commission and the return of the fabled foreign policy elite. It's from Sunday's Chicago Sun-Times. There is much to blame on George Bush for the conduct of this war. But you have to give him a break because of a historic truth.
