Speaking in Cuba, President Obama calls for unity in the wake of the terrorist attacks in Brussels.

At the start of a speech calling for a closer relationship between the United States and Cuba, the end of the trade embargo, and greater individual freedom in Cuba, Obama briefly addressed the attacks that rocked Brussels on Tuesday morning. “We will do whatever is necessary to support our friend and ally Belgium in bringing justice to those responsible,” Obama said. “This is yet another reminder that the world must unite. We must be together, regardless of nationality or race or faith, in fighting against the scourge of terrorism.”
