The U.S. secretary of state turns 72 today. And what better way to celebrate than with a large group of fellow world officials in Paris. To mark the occasion, India’s environmental minister Shri Prakash Javadekar apparently raided the Tuileries Garden and presented Kerry with a bouquet of flowers that rivals Kerry’s own 6’4” frame.
