Julian Green has been named to Bayern Munich’s starting eleven as it prepares to take on Dinamo Zagreb. It’s his first start for the German club since November 2013, according to ESPN’s James Tyler, and it likely comes because Bayern has already qualified at the top of Group F.
You may remember Green from the 2014 World Cup, where he scored a goal for the U.S. against Belgium to set up a nail-biting finish. It ended up being a consolation goal, but it was a good one.
